That entry was just edited but hasn't been confirmed saved to iCloud yet — usually because of a spotty network connection. Tap the icon to try sending it again. It disappears on its own once saved successfully.
Only if you've made an edit, waited a while, your network connection is back, but the 🔄 icon still won't go away. This refreshes the app's connection with iCloud. It's not something you need to tap regularly.
Depends on the permission you gave them. Owner: full control, including deleting the ledger and inviting others. Read-Write: can add, edit, and delete transactions, and manage Payment Methods/Categories. Read-Only: can view everything but not change anything.
Confirm both devices are signed into the same iCloud account, have an internet connection, and that iCloud Drive is turned on for LedgerShare (Settings app → your name → iCloud). Since everything syncs through Apple's iCloud, it can take a moment after opening the app for a change to appear elsewhere.
In the app, go to Settings → Delete All Data to permanently remove every ledger you own and leave any shared with you. You can also manage or delete your data anytime through your device's own iCloud Settings, since that's where it all lives.
Yes — you can view and add transactions offline. Changes sync to iCloud automatically once you're back online.
